Refund & Returns Policy
At Eduventor Academy, we are committed to providing quality training services and a satisfying learning experience. Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness to all our clients.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for courses canceled by Eduventor Academy or in cases where students formally request a withdrawal before the course start date.
- No refunds are provided once the course has commenced, except in extenuating circumstances that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, clients must email us at [email protected] or call 010-6377 8827, including the course details and reason for the refund.
- Refund requests must be made no later than 7 days before the course start date.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 days and returned to the original payment method.
- Processing fees or non-refundable deposits may apply.
4. Course Transfers and Rescheduling
- Students may transfer their enrollment to another course or session, subject to availability, by contacting us at least 5 days before the course start date.
- Rescheduling is allowed only once per enrollment.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Course materials and digital content purchased separately are non-refundable.
6. Changes to Policy
- Eduventor Academy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website.
